2. Research Use Only

All products sold by EMK Research are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes only.

• Recreational use

3. No FDA Approval

Products sold by EMK Research have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

4. Buyer Qualifications

By purchasing from EMK Research, you certify that:

5. US Sales Only

EMK Research only sells and ships products within the United States and its territories.

6. No Resale or Diversion

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

EMK Research is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Incorrect addresses submitted by customers
• Porch piracy
• Weather related shipping delays

9. All Sales Final

All sales are final. EMK Research does not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise required by law.

In limited cases involving verified shipping errors or damaged products, EMK Research may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent or bad faith chargebacks.

EMK Research reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using:

• Delivery confirmation
• Tracking information
• Order history
• IP and device records
• Payment authorization records

11. Warranty Disclaimer
