Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment receipt.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers selected by EMK Research. Tracking information is provided once your shipment is dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

EMK Research is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Carrier Delays

EMK Research is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Holidays
• Carrier issues
• Natural disasters
• Events outside our control

Delivered Packages

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled orders.

EMK Research is not responsible for:

• Theft
• Porch piracy
• Mailroom issues
• Post delivery loss

Damaged or Missing Items

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Photos of packaging
• Photos of contents
• Description of issue
