Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final
All sales are final. EMK Research does not accept returns or exchanges for research compounds and supplies unless otherwise required by law. This policy reflects the regulated nature of research peptides and the impossibility of verifying chain of custody once a vial has left our facility.
Exceptions for Verified Errors or Damage
In limited cases involving verified shipping errors or damaged products, EMK Research may provide at our sole discretion:
- Replacement of the affected product
- Store credit toward a future order
- Refund to the original payment method
The resolution offered depends on the nature of the issue, product availability, and circumstances of the claim.
How to File a Claim
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Submit your claim to research@emkresearch.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging as received
- Photos of the product contents
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after the 7 day window cannot be honored.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it is processed within 5 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your payment method and bank, the refund may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no cost any time before payment is received. Once payment has been received and the order enters processing (typically within 1 to 3 business days of payment), the order can no longer be cancelled.
Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent or bad faith chargebacks. EMK Research reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using delivery confirmation, tracking information, order history, IP and device records, and payment authorization records. See our Terms & Conditions for additional detail.
